No. 38 — Phase 03 is officially underway for o

No. 38 —

Phase 03 is officially underway for our 1973 Vermont getaway. We are giving our primary bathroom a completely new layout and updating the finishes and materials to reflect the mid-century modern style of the home. This space used to have a dated vanity setup with a sink not only outside of the bathroom (in the bedroom) but also one inside the bathroom. Since it serves as the only bathroom on the main floor we wanted to make it inviting and fresh for our guests when hosting.

The not so glamorous, but needed piece is that we’re adding functioning ventilation as we didn’t have it before, which caused a bit of mold in the false ceiling. JKS is also renovating the downstairs bathroom — More details to come!

The color palettes, upholstery and rug textures, the intricate lighting, and the furniture we saw at @highpointmarket was just the inspiration the JKS team needed. We are excited to bring the new pieces we sourced, to life, in our current and future design projects!
