I couldn’t be more excited to take the weekend off and head to Palm Springs with Cody + a couple of friends for a little birthday weekend getaway! Okay, my birthday is actually the 30th of January but who says you can’t celebrate for a week?! 😉
This is my first time to PS which means I am going to soak in the sun and all of the midcentury modern + old Hollywood glamour design goodness I have been dreaming about. Makes me giddy just thinking about it! We will be staying at the Ace Hotel and will be visiting many restaurants + shops recommended by Mr. Palm Springs himself…Jon of Happy Mundane. *thank you again Jon for the wonderful email full of PS must-do’s!
We are also going to stop by Sunnylands, a Landscape Architecture project, designed by OJB (the firm Cody works for) and explore the gardens. By the photos – it looks like an outdoor paradise.
