sleeper sofas via ohidesignblog
Since our move, I have been searching for a sleeper sofa that is attractive, yet a good sleeping option for our guests. Since we only have one bedroom – we think this could be the best option. We bought a REALLY awesome blow up mattress as back up…hopefully we will a lot of friends come visit at once! 🙂

CB2 Tandom Sleeper – I love the simplicity of this one and you would never imagine this can be folded out to a bed. I also like that you are actually sleeping on the sofa versus pulling out a (more than likely) uncomfortable mattress.
West Elm Henry Sleeper – My favorite thing about this sofa is that it is made here in the US and is constructed with recycled materials.
Joss & Main Valerie Sofa – I love the ash grey microfiber fabric it comes in and that it can be changed from a sofa to a lounger and then a bed.
Urban Outfitters Anywhere Sofa – I love how lightweight this one is and the price is AMAZING which also makes me a little nervous. It reminds me of this chair I had when I was little that folded out the same way and I would attempt to fold it to make a slide. I am sure Cody & I would do the same. 😉
West Elm Rochester – I love the take on the Chesterfield sofa! I would never think this one could pull out to be a bed.

Which one is your favorite?

Curious of any updates on this? I did lots of research and just purchased the Rochester from West Elm yesterday, the price was right & looks fabulous online!

Hi Kara, I’ve heard many great things about the Rochester and I’ve sat in it myself and it’s really comfortable! I’m going to do another post on this – but I think you’ve made a great decision. Looking forward to hearing how you like it!

The CB2 Tandom comes in a blue velvet fabric that is beautiful. Just don’t know how comfortable it is as a bed for every night use. As a sofa, it’s great. Saw it at their showroom. Priced right too.

Purchased the Rochester from west elm still wait delivery.. Need to sleep every night, concern cannot find reviews ??? Appreciate comments

I think most of West Elm’s sleepers have the same mattress. It’s not the coziest thing in the world but it’s not bad! I wouldn’t mind sleeping on it! Hope this helps!

I really like the navy color one.

Did you decide!?

Still undecided! Leaning toward the West Elm options but we are going to look around a little more 😉 ps. we received some very awesome mail! xoxo

I can’t wait to see what you decided on. My husband and I are looking for a sleeper too.

Hi Heather! So we ended up purchasing a really nice air mattress for now. We decided a dining table is first on the list. However, we have our eyes on the It’s the best quality we have seen thus far and it’s really attractive in person. 🙂 Hope this helps and good luck on your sleeper hunt!

I love the look of the J+M couch, but I don’t see it wearing that well. I would go with the WE Henry because it looks like the most comfortable seating option. Also, the cushions are smaller, and thus easier to refill if necessary. Have fun couch shopping!

That Rochester has Kleins written all over it. Reserve my weekend:) Love you!

I would definitely be leery of the UO couch. We had one that looked pretty similar to the Joss & Main one above for about 3 years… which was about 1.5 years too long! It did not wear well at all. It was extremely uncomfortable after about a year. We do still have the lounger chair from there that we purchased at the same time & it has held up well. It has never been comfortable but it wasn’t meant to be. 🙂

I love that CB2 couch. I can’t help it, I will always lean towards the simplistic choice! Oh how I would love to have that couch with the Joss & Main legs! *swoon*

Thank you so much for your input Jana! I completely agree with you on UO one – it just looks like it will fall apart in minutes. Good to know about your couch and will definitely keep that in mind! xoxo!

West Elm Rochester for sure.

I love it too!! Thank you, Angell!
